Instructions for Internship:

Attach 1 photocopy of ID card
For students under 18 years of age, 1 photocopy of parents’ CNIC is required
For students under 18 years of age, 1 photocopy of parents’ CNIC is required
Internship/Observership request letter from institution/organization
Attach 1 copy of last transcript/degree
Internship/Observership will not be longer than 1 month
Processing fee for internship is Rs. 2000/- and Rs. 7000/- for Nutrition Department (per month)
Submit application at least 3 weeks before starting date

Instructions for Observership:

Attach Resume
Attach 1 photocopy of ID card
attach 1 Passport size picture
Copy of MBBS Degree/ Latest Transcript
Copy of Valid PMC Certificate (optional)
Processing Fee Rs.4,000/- (Per month) For Foreign Students Rs. 8,000/-
Submit application at least 3 weeks before starting date
